What do you need?
- 500 gr flour
- 100 ml warm water water (+/- 35 degrees Celcius)
- 200 ml soy milk (plain or vanilla flavor)
- 40 gr vanilla sugar
- 350 gr raisins
- 60 gr vegan butter
- 3 tbsp flax seed + 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp gluten
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vanilla flavor
- 2 tsp dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
Yeast, water and sugar
Add the sugar to the warm water and stirr
Add the yeast and stirr again
Let it rest for 10 mins
Raisin bread: Put the flour, gluten, vanilla flavor, lemon juice and the yeast mix together and knead Add the butter. Knead again Add the raisins, soymilk and knead Add flax egg and salt
